#CircuitBreakerBacklogChallenge Build #2 - a more grounded colour scheme for a groundpounding mobile suit!
Fictional Lore
This version of the PFF-X7/V2 Veetwo Gundam was first fielded by Hiroto during the introduction of a team-based Mission Type called Crystal Assault. In this game mode, two teams of five Divers each worked to destroy the opposing team's Plasky Crystal across a three-laned Field that featured three combat environments: Jungle, Urban and Plains.

Much preferring to work alone rather than as part of the team, Hiroto volunteered for the more-gruelling Jungle route, swapping out the Earth Planet System for the ground combat focused Venus Planet System, with a few equipment modifications and a new colour scheme to suit the tactical environment.

The Veetwo Armor accorded Hiroto with a wide range of armaments that includes a beam bazooka, a pair of arm-mounted missile pods, a pair of ankle-mounted missile bays as well as a large beam cannon and two-tube large missile launcher mounted on the thruster-equipped backpack. To reduce the need to return to base for rearming, Hiroto swapped out the two-tube missile launcher for a six-tube heavy missile system obtained from an earlier crossover event. Combining both solid and beam weaponry, the Veetwo Gundam Full Package could speed behind enemy lines, fire off all its weapons and beat a quick retreat before a successful counterattack can be mounted.

Assuming the Jungler role, Hiroto entered the dense foliage alone while his teammates tackled the Urban and Plains lanes in two-Diver fireteams. While the procedurally-generated NPD enemies were easily picked off by the Veetwo's numerous ranged weapons, Hiroto faced some trouble dealing with the Prism Tower that guarded the opposing team's base. The opposing team also fielded two Divers as Junglers, compounding Hiroto's problems and limiting his assault options.

Taking advantage of the Jungler Lane Colours, Hiroto piloted the Veetwo into the thickest undergrowth of the Jungle, patiently lying in wait for the first enemy Jungler to appear in his beam bazooka's sight picture. A charged, sustained blast from the weapon was enough to disable the enemy Diver before her comrade appeared guns blazing. Melting into the foliage again, the Hiroto gunned the Veetwo's powerful hover units and lured the last enemy Jungler towards incoming friendly NPD forces, effectively flanking his opponent. A barrage from the arm-mounted missile pods along with surpressive fire from the NPDs were sufficient to take down the heavily-customised Hizack-based machine, allowing Hiroto to advance on the Prism Tower with a sizable friendly NPD force.

With the NPDs serving as distractions for the Tower, the Veetwo strafed the defensive structure with its weapons, finally bringing it down with a hail of missiles from the backpack-mounted systems. As Hiroto reached the final area to destroy the enemy Crystal, he was greeted with the wrecked debris of his teammates, all four of them taken out by the gigantic crimson-hued machine standing defiantly in their midst.
